Welcome to English Grammar Homework!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, located at www.english-grammar-homework.com, and the services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). Our Service allows registered users (primarily teachers and educators) to generate English language learning materials (“Generated Materials”) for educational purposes using artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to OpenAI’s API and other third-party data sources.

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

English Grammar Homework provides a platform for educators to generate lesson plans, worksheets, exercises, and other teaching resources for English language learners. The content is created through prompts you provide to our system, which then interfaces with third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services to produce the Generated Materials.

2. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
  • Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Generated Materials (Limited License)

We grant you, the registered user, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Generated Materials subject to the following conditions:

A. Permitted Uses:
You ARE PERMITTED to:

  • Download, print, and reproduce the Generated Materials for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use.
  • Use the materials directly in your lessons with your own students, whether in a physical classroom or a virtual one.
  • Modify the Generated Materials for the purpose of tailoring them to your specific lesson needs.
  • You must not embed the materials into your own site or remove the links back to english-grammar-homework.com from any printable PDFs.

B. Prohibited Uses:
You ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:

  • Selling, reselling, licensing, sub-licensing, renting, or otherwise commercializing the Generated Materials in any form. This is the core principle of our Service.
  • Distributing the Generated Materials on any public or private platform for others to use, sell, or download (e.g., posting them on a resource marketplace, a shared drive for other schools, or your public blog).
  • Claiming authorship or copyright of the AI-Generated Materials.
  • Using the Service or its output for any illegal or unethical purpose.
  • Removing any branding or watermarks from www.english-grammar-homework.com that may be present on the Generated Materials.

Violation of these license terms will result in the immediate termination of your account and a revocation of your right to use any materials you have previously generated.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Service: English Grammar Homework, including its name, logo, original content (excluding Generated Materials), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of www.english-grammar-homework.com and its licensors.
  • Your Prompts: You retain ownership of the original text prompts and ideas you submit to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your prompts for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
  • Generated Materials: You acknowledge that you do not own the copyright to the AI-Generated Materials. You are only granted a limited license for use as defined in Section 3.

5. Third-Party Services (OpenAI and other APIs)

Our Service relies on third-party APIs, such as OpenAI, to function. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not control the output, availability, or policies of these third-party services.
  • The AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, errors, biases, or may not be appropriate for all audiences.
  • It is your sole responsibility as an educator to review, vet, and approve all Generated Materials for accuracy and appropriateness before using them in any educational setting.
  • We are not liable for any harm, damages, or issues arising from your use of content generated by these third-party services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request deletion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service or the Generated Materials.

In no event shall English Grammar Homework, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
